We placed an order for accessories for a vacuum on November 26. We were informed that the order was expedited and provided with a tracking link. However, it remained pending on the tracking site for over a week. When we contacted the expediter, they claimed they had not received the package. There is no way to contact the company directly; only a chatbot is available, which is completely unhelpful. I would not recommend or purchase from them.
