We placed an order for accessories for a product on November 26, and were told it was expedited with a tracking link. However, it remained pending on the tracking site for over a week. When we reached out to the shipping service, they claimed they hadn't received the package from the seller. There’s no way to contact the seller directly; only a chatbot is available, which is completely ineffective. I cannot recommend or purchase from them again.
