I purchased a lovely suite of furniture as displayed in showroom. Paid £2500 but when I received it I was and still am very disappointed with the quality of it Bad manufacturing fault on the stitching. Contacted EZ and I was put to Customer Service who sent a guy to look.He made a temporary repair but of no avail.
Would not be happy with after sales service. Staff in store were excellent on day of purchase & delivery excellent
