I purchased a lovely suite of furniture as displayed in showroom. Paid £2500 but when I received it I was and still am very disappointed with the quality of it Bad manufacturing fault on the stitching. Contacted EZ and I was put to Customer Service who sent a guy to look.He made a temporary repair but of no avail.
Would not be happy with after sales service. Staff in store were excellent on day of purchase & delivery excellent
This was truly the best experience I've had when buying a new sofa. I was assisted by a representative who made the process quick and easy, with no pressure at all. They even offered a treat for my child, which helped us finalize the deal. We were able to make a partial cash payment and arrange for the rest later. During my visit to a furniture store on Boucher Rd, I was warmly welcomed by a staff member who introduced himself. We had a quick discussion about the furniture I was interested in, and he kindly informed me that the bedroom furniture was located upstairs. As a wheelchair user, I appreciated his assistance in getting to the lift. His professionalism and sense of humor truly enhanced my shopping experience. I ended up purchasing a bed, mattress, bedside table, and tallboy, and he reminded me I needed a mattress, which they conveniently had on sale. I highly recommend this staff member for his helpfulness, knowledge, and friendly demeanor.
