Only then, on reviewing other more genuine-seeming Trustpilot reviews, did we notice that this appears to be the MO of this company.After many months of trying to resolve the issue amicably with customer service (who gave the impression of being a single-person operation not based in the UK), EZSpace stopped responding altogether and left us no option but to resort to a chargeback through our credit provider, which after a thorough review we won.After successfully winning our chargeback, we have referred the company to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice for selling products not as described and not following proper business processes.I dearly wish we had thoroughly read the reviews here before making our purchase. Please do not repeat the same mistake.
