EZSPACE UK is not doing anything about this issue NO wonder the reviews are very bad.

Surprisingly Strong Paper Furniture!

Tried their paper stool (yes, paper!) and I’m honestly blown away. It’s sturdy, lightweight, and eco-conscious. Can’t wait for more paper furniture releases. The brand truly pushes boundaries in a responsible way.

Our order arrived incomplete, poorly manufactured, damaged, and missing instructions. Only then, on reviewing other more genuine-seeming Trustpilot reviews, did we notice that this appears to be the MO of this company.After many months of trying to resolve the issue amicably with customer service (who gave the impression of being a single-person operation not based in the UK), EZSpace stopped responding altogether and left us no option but to resort to a chargeback through our credit provider, which after a thorough review we won.After successfully winning our chargeback, we have referred the company to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice for selling products not as described and not following proper business processes.I dearly wish we had thoroughly read the reviews here before making our purchase. Please do not repeat the same mistake.

Do not use this company

Really slow delivery - it’s was weeks after the delivery date I was told. I wouldn’t have purchased if I knew it would take so long. I ordered a latex mattress. At first they were good at replying to emails and told me they didn’t know if there where any left - which strange since I had been given a delivery date before ordering. Then it was in stock (apparently) but delayed and delayed. Eventually it arrived - with no delivery notification left on my doorstep. The mattress was tiny 10cm too short, 10cm to narrow and 1cm off the depth. I’ve had latex mattresses before and this is certainly not pure latex and is poor quality. I’ve contacted to ask for it to be collected and refunded as they have sent the wrong size (the size doesn’t even exist as a bed/mattress size) and no one reply’s to my emails or phone calls. I’m concerned I won’t get my money back and will be stuck with a useless sized mattress.

Cool product, great customer service

We and the kids really like the design of the Nobu wallbed so we decided to purchase. The product is very solid built albeit can be time consuming to assemble. There were a few instances we need help for instructions but the team came back quickly with instructions. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Nightmare Experience

I don’t often write reviews. It has to be an exceptionally good or bad experience.This falls under “bad”. And I mean really bad.I ordered the pull-out wardrobe, which on the website looked like a really nice idea to install.But the reality is that I greatly regret making this purchase. - First, there were 13 missing parts. That’s not a typo. I’m all for a challenge, but I was supposed to buy a wardrobe, not a ticket to an escape room experience. - Second, there were two duplicate parts. One was an actual duplicate. And the other was completely mislabeled. You had to crack open the tape measure just to figure out which part it really was.- Third, all the bits needed to assemble the wardrobe were thrown into one plastic bag. It was more like a lucky dip bag. And the industrial smell was just overbearing. I honestly wonder what carcinogens I’ve just breathed in.- Fourth, I received a faded instruction manual. Seriously, in some places I could use it as a notepad.I contacted customer support, outlining everything and providing photographic evidence. They were very responsive at first, offering me the choice between receiving the missing parts or a refund. I was told if I did opt for a refund, I would have to pay a “substantial” admin fee. They also stated if I had taken the pieces out of the box, it was “un-sellable”. Of course, taking it out of the box makes it “un-sellable”. Let’s ignore 13 missing pieces, right?Unfortunately, when I asked for a refund, they became suspiciously quiet. Sadly, I’m echoing the same themes in most of the negative reviews.A small furniture retailer needs to prize their reputation. Their promise to customers on the EzSpace website is “reliable delivery and support”. As of right now, that promise has been shattered. I don’t know if this will ever get resolved, but I will update if it does. I may upgrade this to 3* if this ever gets resolved.But as of right now, I’m stranded with 22 pieces of wood and two large boxes. It’s gone from “EzSpace” to “DifficultClunk”…

False advertisement and cheating customers

This is the worst company I have purchased furniture from. I wish I had saw bad reviews. I bought a pull out wardrobe. First of all, the website indicated that it is in stock. Actually it was not and I waited 4 months because I think it is a cool design. When I received the product, I realised that it is no way for me and my husband to assemble it as it is too heavy. I asked my builder to put together. Then I noticed that it looks different from the product they put on website: 1. Handle looks cheaper; 2. Clothes hanging rail is cheap aluminum which can not be fixed properly; 3. There is a wheel on bottom that makes it can be pulled out but it makes it difficult to drag out and push in, making huge noises! the image does not show this wheel; 4. Base is different and miss a critical part at the bottom, making whole unit unsteady when you use it. Company is doing false advertisement on website. The product you receive is a much cheaper version and different (obviously made in China I can tell). Avoid by all means.
