I think the 2 stars is generous. The site was not very intuitive, lacked photos of products, and no SAE measurements on some items. (yes, I can do the math, but it's easier if they just post it). Where else are we supposed to get that information? When the item that supposedly was the replacement part was attached, it was too long because they changed the mounting holes, and position of the plastic end caps. I found it easier to reposition the end-caps and drill new holes, than it would be to return the items and potentially go round and round with E-Z Up, only to find they don't make the old style part anymore. Okay, the only good part of this transaction was the price wasn't too bad. I've had to repair similar shades, and their parts were almost as expensive as buying a new one. I really wanted to give a good review, but this is my honest perspective.
