Had an ezviz for 9 months. I bought the HP7 the most expensive. It stopped taking snapshots and after contacting customer service several times and then refering me to an email address, nothing has bern resolved and all communication has stopped.
After sales service is disgusting. I would urge people not to use EZVIZ after my experience. I have now bought a Leman.
