This was the most disappointing meet and greet experience I've ever had. I wish I could give a negative rating. The only straightforward part was the payment. I chose this service based on their claim that all airport costs were included, which turned out not to be true. I was directed to the wrong terminal before my arrival and had to call back multiple times. Upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected parking fee. The return experience was even worse, with dropped calls and a long wait for my car, which was returned in disarray. I ended up with additional parking charges as well. This service was highly unsatisfactory.
