Had a very bad experience with one of their vendors “ Heathrow Valet Parking - Meet and Greet“ and couldn’t review them
Excellent service! Got to the parking area 30 minutes early but was immediately taken to Heathrow. On my return I phoned when I was clearing customs and the driver was outside exactly where he dropped me off 5 minutes later! EXCELLENT!
Shocking service from Bee Parking at Heathrow. I called them around 35 times, and my son called a further 20 times. Sometimes the phone was off, other times they answered and hung up without explanation. Zero communication, zero support, and a very stressful experience at the airport. Screenshots available. Avoid.
I waited over 40 minutes for the driver at the meet and greet, even after making a required phone call 30 minutes before arrival. I nearly missed my flight and spent 18 pounds on exit parking. I won't be using this service again.
I had a fantastic experience with the service where I parked my car during my visit to Scotland. As soon as I parked, a bus was waiting to take my family and me to the airport, and the same occurred when we returned to Luton. It was truly a remarkable experience, and they have certainly earned my five-star rating.
This was the most disappointing meet and greet experience I've ever had. I wish I could give a negative rating. The only straightforward part was the payment. I chose this service based on their claim that all airport costs were included, which turned out not to be true. I was directed to the wrong terminal before my arrival and had to call back multiple times. Upon arrival, I was hit with an unexpected parking fee. The return experience was even worse, with dropped calls and a long wait for my car, which was returned in disarray. I ended up with additional parking charges as well. This service was highly unsatisfactory.

A spacious and secure parking facility where my vehicle was promptly attended to. The transportation was a stylish van, and the wait time for pickup was minimal compared to others. I would highly recommend this service and will definitely use it again in the future.
