I am extremely disappointed and frustrated.
I transferred 19,500 AUD and was told the refund would take 0–5 business days. It has now been nearly three weeks with no refund, no clear explanation provided despite multiple requests. All I receive are vague promises that it is “being processed.”
This is a large amount of money that I urgently need to resolve important matters. The delay is unacceptable and has caused serious stress and financial disruption.
Handling customers’ funds without transparency or accountability is deeply concerning. I expect immediate action and a clear resolution.
