The website experience was very smooth with good UI and UX, which helped me to better explore what I was looking for. However, the best part about them is their Customer Service team. I made a request for having a specific edition of my memorabilia and was greeted very pleasantly by Alice, one of their Customer Service representative. She made sure that my request was passed on to the production team, which I feel was very kind of her. To be frank, talking with someone who is willing to help you even for something trivial made a happy mark on my memory. For such great customer service from Alice, I would be looking forward for my next purchase on the F1 Authentics website.Also, I hope and wish that the F1 Authentics team continues to provide such awesome products and wonderful customer service for F1 fans like us so that we are able to enjoy this amazing sport.
