Complete disappointment from start to finish. I bought a piece of the checkered flag back in February and paid an excessive delivery fee that seemed unjustified, as there were no notes about it during the purchase. I received no updates until I reached out over a month after the event. My inquiries were ignored until I threatened to dispute the charge due to the missed delivery timeframe. Eventually, I received an apology stating there was a delay of at least 10 days due to material shortages. Then, two weeks later, I got a DHL notice asking for nearly $70 more to get the item—something that was never mentioned during checkout. When I contacted customer service, they provided a link that was not easily accessible at the time of purchase, effectively placing the burden entirely on me. The final straw was the photo of the flag, which was supposed to include the square I paid so much for, but it was nowhere to be found. There’s no evidence that this overpriced square was ever part of any flag or even at that event. This feels like a scam, and they seem to operate without any ethical standards. Since they can’t provide proof, they just add more fine print to shift all responsibility to me.
