At checkout, the discount was automatically applied, which reinforced my expectation that the final price would match the advertised amount. However, I was charged £125 instead, which is significantly higher.
Customer service initially acknowledged that $125 appeared to be the discounted price, but later reversed their position and insisted £125 was correct. The explanations were inconsistent and confusing.
This kind of pricing inconsistency and lack of clarity is not acceptable for an official store.
