I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived. After attempting to order a second one, that also failed to show up. I tried again, and once more, no sweatshirt. The only silver lining was the fast refund, but it doesn't address the absence of the sweatshirt. They couldn't even provide a working tracking number. It may work well for domestic orders, but international ones feel like a gamble.
