I returned an item, but the service rejected it. The item is unworn, unused, and has all original tags and labels attached, yet it was still turned away. Interestingly, I faced a similar issue with another return on a different platform owned by the same company, which occurred in the same week. It appears that the company has a consistent policy against accepting returns, or the return process is flawed. In summary: Excellent products and great prices; however, the return process seems ineffective. Purchase only if you are sure the item will fit. ----------------
