I want to report this site because when I initially signed up, I provided my ID and encountered problems before. I had won some money, but it disappeared from my screen, leading me to stop playing. Recently, I returned and deposited £500, building my account to around £12,000, but I was unable to withdraw my funds due to claims that my ID had expired. This is frustrating, as my ID was valid when I registered. I've tried numerous times to withdraw my money, but the automated system doesn't allow me to speak to a human representative. I have screenshots of everything, as this has happened before. It feels like they don't want me to win or withdraw my money, which is unfair. I want assistance to prevent this from happening to others.
