I decided to let it slide as I could use the credit for my daughter. In November, the same problem occurred, and I was not allowed to use my October credit. After reaching out, I canceled my membership. Although I wasn't charged, I still can't access my credit. Now in December, there’s no option to skip, and I was charged again. Communication is difficult, with no email support, ineffective chat, and limited time for phone calls due to my work schedule. I'm quite unhappy with the situation.
