Previously a Fan, Now Concerned

I used to enjoy this service as my daughter loved it, but I've only received 2 out of 4 products and was supposed to get a refund. Each time I call, I hear a different explanation regarding my refund, and it has now been 3 months with no resolution. I feel like their notes aren't being updated properly. I'm hesitant to order again, especially since I was told that refunds should take 5-7 business days, but here I am waiting for 3 months.

Frustrating Service Experience

I've been with this service for years without issues. However, in October 2025, the 'skip the month' feature stopped working, leading to an unexpected charge. I overlooked it, thinking I could use the credit for a purchase. In November, the same issue occurred, and they denied me the ability to use my October credit. After contacting them, I decided to cancel my membership. While I wasn't charged for the cancellation, I still couldn't access my credit. Now, in December, there's no option to skip the month since I'm no longer a member, yet I was charged again. Communication options are limited; emailing them is not possible, the chat support is ineffective, and my schedule makes phone calls challenging due to my long shifts. Overall, I'm very dissatisfied and unimpressed.

Declining Customer Service Experience

Disappointing Practices and Policies

Extremely disappointing. This service feels like a scam. I’ve been a member since 2022, and while I occasionally miss the 'skip' option, I usually save credits for Christmas. Their policies are frustrating; they have a 'sitewide' sale, but even with credits, I can't check out during the sale, despite their claims. They offer a $10 credit to discourage cancellations, which doesn't solve the issue of needing to spend more money. Additionally, using credits still incurs shipping costs. Save your money.

Warning: Hidden Charges

Caution! There are hidden charges. My cart showed 7 items for $35, but the checkout revealed 8 items for $53.75, not including shipping and taxes. There's no explanation for the additional $18.75 and the extra item. The chatbot is unhelpful, and when I called, the representative couldn't clarify, suggesting it might be tariffs or taxes. Why are these extra charges hidden? Resolution: She will document this on my account.

Avoid This Service

I stopped using this service years ago as my daughter outgrew the clothes. Recently, I received notifications about 36 delayed orders, despite not having placed any orders in years. I attempted to reach out by phone and was on hold for over 2 hours without a response. I also tried online chat with no reply. This service shows no concern for customers. Avoid them.

Unexpected Monthly Charges

I bought shoes for my child once and was unexpectedly charged $50 for 2 months. I never signed up for any VIP program. What started as a $30 pair of shoes has now turned into $130. This feels like a scam, and I may need to cancel my card to prevent further charges.

Scam Alert

This service appears to be a scam. After placing an order, I was charged $50. When I tried to log in to skip the month, I was told my account doesn’t exist. If my account is nonexistent, how can they charge me? I contacted customer service, and they sent me a password reset link that doesn’t work. I still can’t access my account, and they haven’t provided further assistance.

Longtime Member Deciding to Leave

As a longtime member, I recently placed a large order using my credits, only to have the entire order canceled. I can understand a few items being unavailable, but having my whole order canceled, including Halloween outfits, is unacceptable. Tariff charges were already frustrating, but I'm done with this service.
