I placed an order with FabKids for shoes and boots my kids were excited to receive for the winter. Initially, I got an email saying my order was on the way, but a week later, I received emails stating my "returns" had been processed—despite never returning anything! Confused, I contacted customer service and was told my order was somehow returned to the warehouse. When I asked them to resend the items, they informed me that everything I ordered was now out of stock. This was my first experience shopping with FabKids, and it will definitely be my last. The whole process was frustrating and disappointing, and my kids were left without the items they were looking forward to. I cannot recommend FabKids based on this experience.
