We spent thousands of dollars with Fable to renew all of our dinnerware. On 2 November, 2.5 months ago, we decided to order a USD 500+ large rug from them, which was displayed as being available.The shipment has been delayed twice and we were last informed the item would be available from mid-January. As of today, it hasn't shipped yet, and we are now being fully ghosted by their customer service when asking for an update on the situation.Not sure what's happening with this company right now but it feels like it's falling appart... My advice to anyone else would be to stay away from it, I know we will as soon as we get our rug.
