I've been trying to return items for over two months and am still waiting. The service does not take responsibility for packages delivered to their Canadian location, yet they seem to disappear at their US warehouse. The tracking only shows the Ontario location. They won’t access Canada Post labels from my account if I’ve lost the drop-off receipt. Previously, I waited a year for confirmation on a return and received an exchange instead. Dealing with this company, especially regarding returns and membership cancellation, has been incredibly frustrating.
