Disgusting marketing.
I was interested in their product as an elite athlete with a following, but once you understand how they try to make their money by pushing VIP memberships down your throat that is very hard to cancel, and by the fact that they only wish they get old people and the less bright ones to get "good deals" and then get a surprise VIP membership renewing for a whole year, aint no way Im wearing a brand that is dishonest and disgusting like that.
No big respectable brand does this, and it is absolutely disgusting. Dont take their deals if you dont wanna end up enrolled in a fraudulous vip membership
I've been trying to return items for over two months and am still waiting. The service does not take responsibility for packages delivered to their Canadian location, yet they seem to disappear at their US warehouse. The tracking only shows the Ontario location. They won’t access Canada Post labels from my account if I’ve lost the drop-off receipt. Previously, I waited a year for confirmation on a return and received an exchange instead. Dealing with this company, especially regarding returns and membership cancellation, has been incredibly frustrating.
I really struggle with shopping on the website. I've been a member twice, first for four years and now just over a year. While I appreciate the quality of the clothing, the fit is often off, especially for tops and bras. Navigating the site can be irritating, and when I finally find something I like, my size is usually sold out. I've used my last two membership credits and rewards, and I'm considering canceling my membership. Additionally, returns are not as hassle-free as advertised; the last two pairs of pants I tried to return were deemed ineligible. The automatic monthly charge on my card has become a nuisance, and remembering to skip adds unnecessary stress to my busy life. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the hassle.
As a plus-size individual, I’ve never found leggings that feel good and last until now. My oldest pair has lasted over five years, even with regular wear and washing. They are worth every penny. Thank you for providing leggings that make me feel great!
The site needs a bit more work. It's difficult to filter sizes, and out-of-stock products still show up for specified sizes. Prices are shown in US dollars, which is inconvenient. The size chart isn't fully accessible, and I can't filter types of underwear.
