Shady business model. They shipped me the wrong items then refused to send me my correct order until I shipped back the wrong items you sent me. When I said that was unacceptable and I didn't understand why I as the costumer should have to wait even longer for the items I paid for when they're mistake was done on their end, and asked for a refund, I was given the run around and after almost 30 minutes of being on hold on the phone I was told I would receive a refund of $59 AFTER I returned the incorrect items that had been sent me. I had originally paid $75 for my order including shipping so on top of everything you are refusing to pay for the shipping of the order with incorrect items you sent me.
Terrible business model, shady policies and awful costumer service.
