Extremely disappointed. I was charged multiple times for a VIP membership I never authorized. Even after an agent claimed to delete my account, I was charged again the next day. Supervisor Ken (Case ID 247192660) stated they couldn't even see the recent transactions in their system and told me to contact my bank for a dispute. This is predatory billing. I demand a full refund for all unauthorized charges immediately
