I bought a bike from Fabregues Bicicletas, they informed me it would not be fully made up. They didn't tell me to what extent, as there was no bar tape or brake calibers fitted. The Di2 systems wasn't connected with the battery and cables loose.This I can probably blame myself for not checking, but also they should infer you that if they are sending out a bike like this exactly what is needed when it arrives.However, their customer service is awful. I sent three emails asking if the set up of the brake configuration was correct in the way it was sent out and today have never had a reply. The bike manufacturer was way more helpful.If you are having a bike delivered from them please check with them first as to exactly what needs doing when it arrives, if you know nothing about bikes it will mean taking it to a bike mechanic.
