I bought a bike from Fabregues Bicicletas, they informed me it would not be fully made up. They didn't tell me to what extent, as there was no bar tape or brake calibers fitted. The Di2 systems wasn't connected with the battery and cables loose.

This I can probably blame myself for not checking, but also they should infer you that if they are sending out a bike like this exactly what is needed when it arrives.

However, their customer service is awful. I sent three emails asking if the set up of the brake configuration was correct in the way it was sent out and today have never had a reply. The bike manufacturer was way more helpful.
If you are having a bike delivered from them please check with them first as to exactly what needs doing when it arrives, if you know nothing about bikes it will mean taking it to a bike mechanic.

Unos mentirosos

Unos mentirosos, compré un producto de su página rebajado a un 51%, y cuando les llamé me dijeron que no tenían en stock, pero sí tienen stock del mismo producto, pero más caro... En definitiva, unos mentirosos. Nada recomendable. Inicio reclamación en la OCU......I purchased a product from their website with a 51% discount, but shortly after, they cancelled my order claiming it was out of stock. However, the exact same product is still available on their site at a higher price. When I called them, they simply repeated that it was unavailable — clearly not true.In short: dishonest and misleading. I do not recommend this company at all. I’m filing a complaint with the OCU (Spanish Consumers’ Organization).

Awful experience

I had two tyres fitted,within no time after leaving i got a puncture,due to an incorecctly fitted tube,also they firgot to tighten the back wheel.I am lucky to be alive.The manager was awful,telling me to put grass in the tyre to get the bike back to the shop.I will never go back and will tell everyone i know,and perhaps take the matter further
