Very impressed.I ordered from here in the January sale - a mix of threads and fabric.There were some threads out of stock so I was called the morning after my order, and the next day it arrived.Everything was great, but my fabric was short. I emailed in the evening and got a reply gone 10pm to say they would sort it! Next working day they told me they would resend, and the day after that it arrived.Absolutely brilliant! Now I have read the terrible reviews and did panic when the fabric was short, but because of that I wanted to leave my experience too. Maybe they are trying really hard now to ensure that everything is dealt with more efficiently - but I’m impressed.
