I have been waiting over 2 months for my item. I've sent multiple emails, and the representative even promised to ship my item on January 7th, but it's now February 2nd, and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing again, but my emails have bounced back. I left a voicemail, but I doubt I’ll get a response. I wouldn't recommend this service at all! I want a full refund, but it seems I might have lost my money. And if I hear the representative mention being a single parent running a business again, I might lose it! I'm a single parent managing my own business much more effectively!
