I bought 2 sets of 3 cushions from a different provider after ordering a sofa elsewhere, as I wanted more affordable options. I'm delighted with my choice! These cushions are, in my opinion, of better quality and much cheaper. I highly recommend them; they are incredibly soft and of excellent quality.

I have been waiting over 2 months for my item. I've sent multiple emails, and the representative even promised to ship my item on January 7th, but it's now February 2nd, and I still haven't received it. I've tried emailing again, but my emails have bounced back. I left a voicemail, but I doubt I’ll get a response. I wouldn't recommend this service at all! I want a full refund, but it seems I might have lost my money. And if I hear the representative mention being a single parent running a business again, I might lose it! I'm a single parent managing my own business much more effectively!
I had a poor experience with this service. I placed an order on December 3rd and still haven't received my items as of January 21st! I've attempted to follow up via email but received no response. I've lost £60 with no items and no communication. Don't waste your time.
I ordered two items over 21 days ago and emailed a few weeks ago for an update, only to receive a condescending response stating that it can take up to 21 days to dispatch. I didn’t see this information when I placed my order, which was intended as a Christmas gift (ordered December 1st). I'm still waiting for delivery or even confirmation that they’ve been sent or tracking info. I would highly advise avoiding this business as they are unprofessional; their attitude is unpleasant, and you likely won't receive your order! *Edit* I've emailed again twice with no reply or tracking information, despite being told it was sent on the 20th. It’s now January 3rd, over a month since I placed the order and 14 days since it supposedly shipped! This is absurd.
