I ordered two items over 21 days ago and emailed a few weeks ago for an update, only to receive a condescending response stating that it can take up to 21 days to dispatch. I didn’t see this information when I placed my order, which was intended as a Christmas gift (ordered December 1st). I'm still waiting for delivery or even confirmation that they’ve been sent or tracking info. I would highly advise avoiding this business as they are unprofessional; their attitude is unpleasant, and you likely won't receive your order! *Edit* I've emailed again twice with no reply or tracking information, despite being told it was sent on the 20th. It’s now January 3rd, over a month since I placed the order and 14 days since it supposedly shipped! This is absurd.
