Products at Fabuliv is average and expensive but their customer service is very bad. They have no returns or exchange policy and don't believe in after sales support.Their idea is just selling the product. They will not care about user experience. This will kill the online experience of many prospect buyers. I bought a chair and having back pain since using the product and when I told them they don't seem to understand and forcefully telling me to use the product. Better go for flipkart or peppery for furniture purchase.
