So here goes my ordeal with Fabuliv.... Ordered a coffee table from them a month or a little over a month... Every day I kept seeing a little dust or wood dust fall off the leg and I thought maybe am over thinking... Then I am travelling for 4-5 days and I come back and see a huge amount of saw dust.... Basically they had not treated their table before sending it and it had termite ants in it making holes all along... Anyways a week ago from today i.e 9th Nov I wrote a similar review online and various platforms to which I promptly received a call on d following day apologising for inconvenience etc and asking me to remove the review since they will replace d table.... I heard the lady out and agreed to remove it since they agreed to replace the table.... Well they had asked me when it can be replaced and I told them today i.e Saturday 16 Nov is when I will be home but I must have a time frame in which they will come... She assured me that someone will call me on Saturday morning to reconfirm and that she has noted down my request of timings between 12-3.... Well no call came and after I called them at 1:40pm is when they actually started following up... The lady then assures me by 3:30 the guy will be at my door.... But he comes at 425pm and that too with an incomplete piece of furniture... And keeps telling me to accept it since his carpenter will come in 15mins.... Well sense prevailed over me (since I clearly lacked it earlier while ordering from these incompetent guys) and I told him to wait till he comes else am not accepting it... The guy never showed up till 5pm... So basically this is the level of incompetence you have to deal with in Fabuliv even though their store was less than 10mins away from my house...Strongly recommend you to choose another vendor!!!
