I'm giving 2 stars because my overall experience has been quite frustrating. I shared my profile URL with support, but they keep insisting it's 'not valid,' despite it being my actual profile. They repeat the same response without verifying the link. Additionally, there are significant problems with the servers in Europe (Moscow), making it impossible to connect at times. This has led to multiple bans, including another 3-hour ban today. It's not my fault if the server fails to connect. Support seems unable to grasp the core issue or provide real assistance, merely offering the same generic answer about the profile link instead of addressing the server problems. I hope the company pays attention to this, as regular players shouldn't face penalties for server errors.
