I'm rating this 2 stars due to the ongoing frustrations I've faced. Initially, I shared my profile URL with the support team, but they keep insisting it's 'not valid,' despite it being my actual profile: _Cyborg_. They continuously repeat the same response without ever verifying the link. Additionally, there are significant problems with the servers in Europe (Moscow). Some are virtually impossible to connect to, leading to multiple bans, including a recent 3-hour one. It's unfair that I'm penalized for server connection issues. The support team doesn't seem to grasp the core issue or provide effective assistance. They merely copy and paste the same reply regarding the profile link instead of addressing the server problems. I hope the company takes notice, as regular players should not be penalized for server errors.
