Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. The procedure was done quickly, and I’ve felt no pain since the surgery (26 hours ago). The surgeon was fantastic, making me feel completely at ease. However, the reception staff could be friendlier as they are the first point of contact. My welcome felt a bit cold, which made me slightly uneasy. Nevertheless, the surgeon was warm and explained everything clearly, helping to alleviate my anxiety. The aftercare process was also well explained, and the surgeon even walked me back to reception as I felt a bit lightheaded. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone considering upper blepharoplasty.
