I returned for stitch removal on day nine, and while the healing wasn't perfect—especially on the left side with some bruising and swelling—the care I received was excellent. The area was cleaned after the stitches were taken out, and a small steri-strip was applied to aid further healing. I'm thrilled with the final results, the surgeon's expertise, the clinic's service, and the overall value. I highly recommend this service.
I traveled alone for this procedure. I flew from the UK to Eindhoven and then took a bus to the city center for just £2.32. I stayed at a nearby hotel which was only a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. The procedure went by quickly, and it was mostly pain-free. The most discomfort I felt was during the skin measuring, where tweezers were used. The injections, cauterizing, stitching, and taping were not an issue. Despite having a low pain threshold, I found it manageable. The environment was clearly surgical, so there were no concerns. The surgeon was delightful, personable, and guided me throughout the process, with a nice nurse assisting as well.

Dr. Serge was outstanding; the clinic was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the procedure was completed in just 40 minutes. I was walking around the city just 10 minutes later. I had no issues during the procedure. However, it would be helpful if the reminder email the day before included clearer directions since I had trouble finding the clinic in my emails. I ended up being late due to confusion over the two locations, but I was still seen without any issue.

However, the reception staff could be friendlier as they are the first point of contact. My welcome felt a bit cold, which made me slightly uneasy. Nevertheless, the surgeon was warm and explained everything clearly, helping to alleviate my anxiety. The aftercare process was also well explained, and the surgeon even walked me back to reception as I felt a bit lightheaded. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone considering upper blepharoplasty.
