I intended to purchase Sarah Chapman Overnight lip concentrate. I accidentally added Allies of Skin prebiotics. I placed the order on Dec 19 at 3.27 pm EST. As soon as I realized the error, I emailed the company at 3.31 pm EST and attempted to make a phone call and I realized the company was closed. At 3.32 PM EST I got AI generated email stating that my items were already processed! I sent 2 emails in response asking how can it be processed in a minute and their office was closed. No response.On December 21 at 3.45 am EST - I get an email order was shipped which means they indeed were closed on the weekend and shipped it on Monday.Then at 7.51 AM EST on Dec 21, I get an email saying my package is unfortunately already shipped with a note "we do aim to process our parcels very quickly". I wrote back immediately and no answer. No matter what I do, my calls dont ring through.I am now stuck paying duties to receive then stuck paying for the parcel back.I am feeling scammed and exhausted by their lack of customer service.
