I was told my order would arrive within 2–4 working days. After waiting four working days with no updates, I found out the order had not even been received by them and they later cancelled it. They did not communicate this with me until I called and asked.

My first time ordering with this company and was impressed with some of their special offers. I made an order and one of the items had a loose lid and had the product had leaked in transit. I was in touch with customer services who dispatched a replacement item along with some sample products as an apology. I really appreciate their kindness and effort to make things right. Will definitely use again.
Very poor service. As a long-standing customer who has spent a significant amount of money with this company, I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve had two separate issues over time, and on both occasions there was a complete lack of accountability. Looking at other reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated experience. Loyal customers are not valued, and customer care is seriously lacking
The true measure of a company is how it responds when things don’t go to plan. I ordered 1 product but was charged for 2. I have emailed 3 times throughout December to discuss this but have had no response. Very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer since its inception with the original owners around 20 years ago. Going forward, I will take my custom elsewhere.
I intended to purchase Sarah Chapman Overnight lip concentrate. I accidentally added Allies of Skin prebiotics. I placed the order on Dec 19 at 3.27 pm EST. As soon as I realized the error, I emailed the company at 3.31 pm EST and attempted to make a phone call and I realized the company was closed. At 3.32 PM EST I got AI generated email stating that my items were already processed! I sent 2 emails in response asking how can it be processed in a minute and their office was closed. No response.On December 21 at 3.45 am EST - I get an email order was shipped which means they indeed were closed on the weekend and shipped it on Monday.Then at 7.51 AM EST on Dec 21, I get an email saying my package is unfortunately already shipped with a note "we do aim to process our parcels very quickly". I wrote back immediately and no answer. No matter what I do, my calls dont ring through.I am now stuck paying duties to receive then stuck paying for the parcel back.I am feeling scammed and exhausted by their lack of customer service.
Considering it's festive season and I placed an order close to Christmas, I had no issues at all, it's my first time ordering, shipped pretty quick but delivery was super fast! Package arrived secure and well wrapped. Will definitely order again.Thank you :)
I would never buy from the company again. They are refusing to refund me for an item that was not delivered to me. The photo from Royal Mail is clearly not my doorstep but they are saying the item was delivered. I never specified that parcels can be left in a safe place either. This is an illegal practice that i will be reporting to Trading Standards.
