I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write a review for this brand. I've ordered four products from Facetheory so far. Two of these products didn't end up working for my skin, and so I sent an email asking them for a refund as they have a refund policy. The first time, they send me a refund within an hour, and the second time, they sent me a refund within 15 minutes! I honestly was so shocked by how good their customer service is.Although their products are more on the expensive side, I still feel very comfortable buying products from them, as I know that their refund policy means that I won't be wasting any money if one of their products don't end up working for me.I also have noticed that Facetheory tend to take their buyers' feedback into account. For example, they have changed the packaging of some of their products due to their customers having issues with the previous packaging of these products. Overall, I 100% recommend this brand. They have fantastic customer service, and genuinely seem to value their customers. They sell a wide range of effective products, and they are also vegan and cruelty free - which I know is something a lot of people desire in a skincare brand. They also ship orders very quickly. And another thing I forgot to mention, is that they regularly have sales/discount codes and also offer bundle discounts!
