A friend introduced me to the service, and I was excited to try a free box. To my surprise, I found a charge of €36.95 on my account. When I checked the website, it showed a delivery scheduled for the following week, even though I hadn’t ordered anything else. I received no email or notification about this delivery. I've been unable to reach them by phone or email, and I can't cancel the order on their site. I am very upset and disappointed with the service.
