VERY DISAPPOINTED. I tried out Factor Meals Canada for months, at a cost of about $13.82/meal once the initial discounts wore off a 12 meal/week order. There are concerns about saturated fat content and preservatives which you should look into if health is a factor for you, but I can confirm that I've had issues with human hair baked into ground beef which you find when CHEWING, which Factor didn't seem to think was a big deal, and twice Skipped a week in the app only to have them charge for and deliver a whole week of unselected, unwanted meals, and then offer ZERO options through customer service to remedy the situation. They won't pick up the unwanted, unordered box to save it from being spread around by (and possibly harming) animals, and they won't refund the charge or any part thereof. This makes it even more prohibitively expensive, so frustrating, and RUDE. Very disappointed.
