I ordered a mattress on January 12th and it finally arrived today, January 22nd, after I reached out to the company yesterday for an update. Unfortunately, the mattress is much firmer than I anticipated based on the description of it being soft on their website. While it fits my bed frame nicely, there is a strong odor that I hope will fade, as it's quite overwhelming and I have asthma. Honestly, I regret not purchasing locally to gauge the firmness in person instead of taking the risk of an online purchase. Overall, I’m not satisfied with the delivery process, the generic responses I received from the support team, or the quality of the mattress itself. After seeing many similar negative reviews, I can see a pattern that aligns with my experience. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from this company again.
