I ordered a Mercedes factory service manual from Factory Manuals after seeing their website claim that they sell complete, instant-download manuals identical to OEM documentation. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing close to what was advertised.After paying, I was sent a download link that either didn’t work at all or led to corrupted files that couldn’t be opened. I reached out to their support email several times for assistance and initially received vague, repetitive responses that didn’t solve anything. When I continued to ask for a working link or refund, the representative (Alan Davis) became increasingly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of helping, I was given the runaround, and at one point the tone of their replies became outright rude and disrespectful.As of now, I’ve paid for a product that I never actually received in usable form. The company refuses to provide a proper download or issue a refund. Based on my experience, I believe their advertising is misleading, and the customer service is among the worst I’ve encountered.I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Factory Manuals to be extremely cautious and to research other sources first. Save yourself the frustration and look for a verified, reputable provider.
