I had a great time looking through Thier large range of it's. I ended up buying at least 10 different items. Great prices. The camera system looks dam great and can't wait to get it. Much appreciated.
Gives you pretty much everything you need to maintain your vehicle with information from the manufacturer. They also give you an upgrade option to retrieve the document on the cloud for your lifetime, which is a nice little perk for those who might switch devices or lose the file and then need to log back in and download it again in the future. The only challenge is that the document is HUGE. In my case, over 15k pages long. While you have access to bookmarks that breakdown the vehicle into categories, it's likely going to still take you some time to go through it. Highly recommend though if you're taking on any maintenance project yourself and would rather rely on the manufacturer over sifting through forums for accurate information.
I purchased a Mercedes manual. It is difficult to use. It does not give you any real useful info. Googling/ChatGPT gives clearer information. You have to download and set up a virtualmachine which I had to spend sometime in finding out what this was and how to set it up. This is not mentioned in the advertisement. Once set up was complete it did not give any real clear tutorial and very difficult to use. Highly advise anyone not to purchase. As a previous review states. The person (had to remove name starting with A) as mentioned in other reviews was not helpful and did not receive a refund as I believe I received a product that was not useful as for the purpose advertised.
I ordered a Mercedes factory service manual from Factory Manuals after seeing their website claim that they sell complete, instant-download manuals identical to OEM documentation. Unfortunately, what I received was nothing close to what was advertised.After paying, I was sent a download link that either didn’t work at all or led to corrupted files that couldn’t be opened. I reached out to their support email several times for assistance and initially received vague, repetitive responses that didn’t solve anything. When I continued to ask for a working link or refund, the representative (Alan Davis) became increasingly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of helping, I was given the runaround, and at one point the tone of their replies became outright rude and disrespectful.As of now, I’ve paid for a product that I never actually received in usable form. The company refuses to provide a proper download or issue a refund. Based on my experience, I believe their advertising is misleading, and the customer service is among the worst I’ve encountered.I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Factory Manuals to be extremely cautious and to research other sources first. Save yourself the frustration and look for a verified, reputable provider.
