Response times were very slow. They did not adhere to the timelines stated on their website. My order was over two weeks late. It took them more than a week to reply to me after I paid, and then it arrived cut for the wrong bike. It doesn't even fit my plastics. I sent a message three days ago but have yet to hear back. I’ve even disputed the charge with my bank. This is unacceptable.
