Review Time
I wish I would have read reviews before purchasing. I've been riding moto for over 20 years with graphics being one of the first upgrades to my bikes. This is the WORST company to trust with your money to supply the CORRECT graphics on time. You can't call them, it's email only and they don't like to respond to that. It took almost 4 weeks to receive the incorrect graphics then was told the new ones would be shipped out within 2-3 days. After almost 2 weeks of waiting with spotty response from them they luckily refunded my money (reviews show some haven't received that). SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR GRAPHICS, save the headache.
I ordered my graphics on boxing day and they arrived about 3 weeks later.
This is probably because of the xmas break. After I got the proof it was amazing the designs are great and have made my bike look great. They adhesive is 10/10 and so is the quality. The customer service was great too. All the staff I talked too have been very nice and helpful. Thanks allot guys!!!
I placed an order for graphics a month ago and have yet to receive the product. I contacted the company, and they mentioned I should have received the package within a week. I received one email stating it had shipped, but nothing has arrived. The customer service is terrible, and they are not responding to my inquiries. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. I'm out $150 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I would advise against using this company.
Extremely poor service, steer clear. I placed an order on November 2nd after seeing that similar items would ship within 8-10 days, which would allow enough time before my son's birthday. However, I received no updates, so I emailed on the 11th and got a response on the 14th, stating my order was in the final stages. Again, there was no further communication, prompting me to email again on November 26th. On December 2nd, I was told my order would ship in 3-4 business days with a tracking number. By December 10th, I reached out once more due to a lack of updates, but received no response until the 13th, and my order still hadn't shipped. Now, on December 15th, the gift for my son's birthday has still not been sent, and I can't afford to buy him another gift. This situation could have been avoided with better customer service. A person claiming to be a manager contacted me later on the 15th to ask about the issue, and I requested expedited shipping, but once again, I received no responses. I even asked for a refund to get my son's gift elsewhere, but there was no reply. It's frustrating that they advertise 8-10 days but take over a month with no shipment. I'm sure they'll respond to this review asking for my order number, which they already have, but I doubt I'll hear back again. I advise against using this service unless you can wait six months for your order and appreciate a lack of communication that makes your purchase feel insignificant. I was asked on the 15th to remove my review for a firm shipping date, which I didn't take down, but Google did, and now there has been no response regarding my refund.
Extremely satisfied with the graphics we received. There was a slight delay due to the holiday season, but they truly went the extra mile to create the graphics for my son's bike. Communication was excellent; we received updates via email every few days. We will definitely use their service again without hesitation. I placed an order on 25th November 2025, and was told it would be dispatched in 5-7 days. Now, 12 days later, I received an email stating I would get a notification when it ships. This is utterly unacceptable, and I’m starting to wonder if I will even receive my order.
Response times were very slow. They did not adhere to the timelines stated on their website. My order was over two weeks late. It took them more than a week to reply to me after I paid, and then it arrived cut for the wrong bike. It doesn't even fit my plastics. I sent a message three days ago but have yet to hear back. I’ve even disputed the charge with my bank. This is unacceptable.
My son ordered graphics for his plastics in July. By October, he only received the graphics and was promised a partial refund for the plastics and installation costs. Now, he’s being ignored and hasn’t received any refund. We spent nearly £300 on graphics that don’t even fit.
