Extremely poor service, steer clear. I placed an order on November 2nd after seeing that similar items would ship within 8-10 days, which would allow enough time before my son's birthday. However, I received no updates, so I emailed on the 11th and got a response on the 14th, stating my order was in the final stages. Again, there was no further communication, prompting me to email again on November 26th. On December 2nd, I was told my order would ship in 3-4 business days with a tracking number. By December 10th, I reached out once more due to a lack of updates, but received no response until the 13th, and my order still hadn't shipped. Now, on December 15th, the gift for my son's birthday has still not been sent, and I can't afford to buy him another gift. This situation could have been avoided with better customer service. A person claiming to be a manager contacted me later on the 15th to ask about the issue, and I requested expedited shipping, but once again, I received no responses. I even asked for a refund to get my son's gift elsewhere, but there was no reply. It's frustrating that they advertise 8-10 days but take over a month with no shipment. I'm sure they'll respond to this review asking for my order number, which they already have, but I doubt I'll hear back again. I advise against using this service unless you can wait six months for your order and appreciate a lack of communication that makes your purchase feel insignificant. I was asked on the 15th to remove my review for a firm shipping date, which I didn't take down, but Google did, and now there has been no response regarding my refund.
