I placed an order for graphics a month ago and have yet to receive the product. I contacted the company, and they mentioned I should have received the package within a week. I received one email stating it had shipped, but nothing has arrived. The customer service is terrible, and they are not responding to my inquiries. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. I'm out $150 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I would advise against using this company.
