No order for Christmas.Ordered 18th on a next day service and courier still not received item. I was dubious about ordering following a Facebook advert and can see why now.This was purchased especially for Christmas. No replies to my emails and no number to call…seems to be an occurrence with companies at the momentUpdate: took a couple of emails but refunded eventually. Has meant I’ve no time to source a replacement. Appreciate delivery issues happen but that doesn’t stop you replying to customers without them having to chase.
